Connected account data

When you connect Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics or Google Search Console, we access only the data and permissions needed to provide the features you request. Analytics and Search Console connections are read-only. Advertising connections may write approved changes when you enable that permission.

• Campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, search terms, bids, budgets and performance metrics.
• Analytics events, traffic sources, landing-page behaviour and conversion information.
• Search Console queries, pages, clicks, impressions and ranking information.
• Authorization tokens used to maintain your requested connection.

How we use information

• Provide audits, recommendations, reports and approved account changes.
• Operate, protect, troubleshoot and improve Lauvenn Search.
• Process subscriptions, credits and service communications.
• Respond to support, privacy and security requests.
• Comply with law and enforce our agreements.

AI processing

Lauvenn Search sends the context needed for your requested workflow to Claude or another configured AI service. We minimise the data included and use it to generate analyses, explanations and proposed actions. We do not sell connected account data. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate, so review it before approval.

• Customer data is not used by Lauvenn Search to train a public or shared AI model.
• We require service providers to process data only for providing contracted services.
• Sensitive credentials should never be included in prompts or support messages.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only with service providers needed to run Lauvenn Search, such as hosting, authentication, payment, analytics, communications and AI-processing providers; with your connected platforms at your direction; during a legitimate business transfer; or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and measurement

We may use necessary cookies to keep you signed in, remember settings, secure sessions and maintain the service. With consent where required, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to measure website usage — pages visited, approximate location and device information — so we can improve the site. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in regions that require consent, and you can withdraw at any time through the cookie controls or your browser settings.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to provide Lauvenn Search, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security. You can disconnect an integration at any time. You may request account and personal-data deletion by emailing us; limited records may remain where law, fraud prevention or financial reporting requires them.

Security

We use administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information and connected account data. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use strong credentials, protect access to your email and Claude accounts, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of your information, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

International transfers and children

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards. Lauvenn Search is intended for business users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Lauvenn Search changes or legal requirements develop. We will post the revised version here, update the date above and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
