Accounts and security

• Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
• Keep login details, connector URLs and access credentials confidential.
• Use only advertising and analytics accounts you are authorized to access.
• Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.

The Lauvenn Search service

Lauvenn Search connects supported advertising, analytics and AI services to produce audits, reports, recommendations and proposed actions. Features may differ by plan, integration or platform availability. We may improve, replace or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to avoid material disruption.

Advertising-account actions

Google Ads and Microsoft Ads write permissions are optional. When enabled, Lauvenn Search prepares changes such as pausing or enabling campaigns, updating bids or budgets, adding negative keywords, rotating headlines or adjusting audience bids. No proposed change is intended to be applied without approval through Lauvenn Search's approval flow.

• You remain responsible for every approved change and its effect on spend, performance and compliance.
• You must review proposed actions, assumptions and account context before approval.
• Platform delays, attribution changes and third-party errors may affect reported or actual results.
• Lauvenn Search never guarantees performance, revenue, savings, rankings or return on ad spend.

AI-generated output

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for your goals. It is provided as decision support, not financial, legal or professional advice. You must use reasonable judgment and human review before relying on an analysis or approving an action.

Subscriptions, credits and billing

Paid access is billed at the price and interval shown when you subscribe. Credits represent eligible agent work and are not money, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value. Unused-credit rollover, top-ups, trials and plan limits follow the terms shown on the pricing or checkout page at purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled unless checkout says otherwise.
• Taxes may be added where required.
• Plan upgrades may take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations generally take effect at the next renewal.
• Except where law requires otherwise, fees and used credits are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Lauvenn Search unlawfully, deceptively, maliciously or to violate advertising-platform rules.
• Do not probe, overload, reverse engineer, resell or interfere with the service or another user's access.
• Do not upload malware, secrets you are not authorized to share, or content that infringes another person's rights.
• Do not use automated access outside documented interfaces or bypass plan, credit or security limits.

Customer data and intellectual property

You retain ownership of your customer data and materials. You grant Lauvenn Search the limited rights needed to host, process and transmit them to provide the service. Lauvenn Search and its licensors retain ownership of the service, software, branding, templates and documentation. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment.

Third-party services

Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Claude and other integrations are independent third-party services governed by their own terms. Their availability, data, policies and APIs may change without notice. Lauvenn Search is not responsible for third-party outages, suspensions or decisions.

Suspension and termination

You may cancel or stop using Lauvenn Search at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, serious breach, or conduct that could harm users, partners or the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Disclaimers and liability

Lauvenn Search is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement and uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lauvenn Search is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profit, lost data, advertising spend or business interruption. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid for Lauvenn Search in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Material changes may receive additional notice. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Governing law and dispute venue will follow the law applicable to the contracting Lauvenn Search entity and any mandatory consumer protections in your location.
